Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through yogerlovely.com.

Yogerlovely is operated by Jiangxi Guyuepai Pharmacy Co., Ltd.

1. Return Period

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must generally:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be unwashed
• Be in its original condition
• Have original tags attached where applicable
• Include original packaging where reasonably applicable
• Include valid order information or proof of purchase

Customers may open packaging and reasonably try on clothing to check fit and appearance.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, misuse or damage occurring after delivery may not qualify for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Customized or personalized products
• Items clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable before purchase
• Products that cannot reasonably be returned for hygiene reasons after use or opening

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns caused by a change of mind, incorrect size selection or customer preference, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

If an incorrect, defective or materially damaged item was supplied, please contact us so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

6. Refund Processing

Returned items will be inspected after receipt.

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We normally initiate approved refunds within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Additional processing time may be required by the customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider.

7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

8. Exchanges

Exchange availability depends on current stock.

Where a direct exchange cannot be provided, customers may return an eligible item under this policy and place a new order.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order before fulfillment or shipment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard return process may apply.
